About my mission
Whether at the start of their studies or during the continuation of their professional careers, Crew Compass aims to be a space for guidance and consultation, helping aviation professionals meet the demands of their environment with confidence. Using psychology and personal flight experience, I want to create a safe, discreet, and professional space where, regardless of the airline we work for, we can turn to with our doubts, feelings, questions, and projects. My goal is to help regain lost balance, find new ideas, and address anything that causes us uncertainty, doubt, or distress.

In our daily lives, we face a variety of challenges that often go beyond the technical knowledge acquired in flight school—challenges for which no one prepared us:

• Isolation caused by long work periods away from family and friends.
• High levels of stress due to operational pressures.
• Minimal rest during long shifts, disrupting our sleep cycles.
• Poor nutrition and digestive problems.
• Low wages and precarious contracts.
• Dehumanization and little or no recognition from supervisors.
• Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
• Depression, anxiety, and stress.
• Lack of self-confidence.
• Demotivation.
• Addictive behaviors.

And a long list of other circumstances that are unique to each of us, circumstances we often avoid addressing within our companies for fear of jeopardizing our licenses or because we have low expectations of being heard.

Crew Compass seeks to be that safe space where you can ask questions without fear or shame—a place where you can sit down, take a deep breath, and share what’s troubling you. Together, we aim to find solutions that help you regain a greater sense of well-being—something so simple yet so hard to find in today’s world.
We care about the confidentiality of our clients!
